Amazon has resolved the problems with SQS and S3. All our services are operating at normal levels again.
Due to some issues Amazon is having with S3 and SQS (http://status.aws.amazon.com/) users could experience difficulty uploading and retrieving documents. We have temporarily disabled account creation and upgrades until these issues have been rectified. We apologise for any inconvenience.
Our engineers have completed the maintenance.
Our engineers need to perform some maintenance that will impact some accounts. The maintenance window is scheduled for 13:00 UTC to 13:10 UTC. Impacted accounts will see the “Workers Ahead” page instead of their login page.
The effected accounts have been updated and there should be no more database compatibility message issues going forward.
A small number of accounts may be experiencing a message about database incompatibility. We are currently working on resolving this issue and will keep you posted.
The issues we were having with the database server have been resolved. We are implementing measures to ensure there is no recurrence of these issues. Once again we apologise for any inconvenience caused.
We are experiencing issues with one of our database servers and are currently taking corrective action. Due to our redundant architecture this should be resolved shortly. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
We have completed our system upgrade. No service interruptions were experienced.
